This Return Policy applies to all purchases made via www.altaego.shop
Replacements and Store Credits:
We adhere to the Australian Consumer Law by offering replacements and store credit. Replacements will only be provided if you have your proof of purchase (AltaEgo Purchase Receipt) your returned item is in satisfactory condition: not damaged or worn, and all original labels/packaging are in-tact and on the garment as it was received. Whether we replace or refund (with a store credit) will also depend on the stock availability of your desired item. If we no longer stock this item or it is sold out and no longer available, a store-credit will be issued, unless a store-credit was the customer's initial preference.
Change of mind:
If you purchase an item and change your mind you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your payment-receipt. You will either receive a replacement or a store credit, which will be valid for 3 years. The item must be returned perfectly in its original packaging and in its original condition.
Incorrectly supplied product or faulty product:
If you have accidentally been given the wrong product or the item you received is faulty, you will receive a store credit, a replacement or a full refund for the product.
Lost or damaged during transit:
If damaged, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. You must return the item in the condition you received it in, including all original packaging. We will either give you a store credit or a replacement based on the damages. If the item has been lost, please contact us and we will get into contact with the courier. In this instance will offer you a store credit or a replacement, if your item remains unfound.
Shipping costs for returns:
It is your responsibility to organise for the item to be returned if it is eligible for a store credit or a replacement. We will not cover shipping and postage costs for a return at this point.
Theses items are non-refundable:
- swimwear bottoms, for hygiene reasons
- garments that have been worn and/or are not in their original condition
- garments that have been damaged and/or do not have their original tags & packaging
- final sale items (promotional codes excluded)
- gift cards
- no proof of purchase
